Engage students in the lives of the soldiers of the Continental Army. Multiple stand-alone lessons will be presented to supplement your Revolutionary War unit, focusing on people instead of events. Lessons include the day to day experience of the commanders and soldiers, the experience of African American combatants and the complex choices they faced, and the economic struggles faced by the Patriot government and soldiers.
